2ND ANNUAL HIKE FOR HOSPICE
It’s time to start getting your team together for our 2nd annual Hike for Hospice. Plan to join us at LaFortune Park in Caledonia along the Grand River for a scenic 5KM hike through the trails on Sunday June 2nd.
